Campbelltown Collegians All Abilities Cricket Program
Collegians All Abilities Cricket Program is designed for children living with a disability or developmental delay and aged between 5 and 18 years. All Abilities Cricket adapts the In2Cricket program, allowing children of all abilities to gain the skills required to participate in the game of cricket. The program runs from early October to late December every Friday afternoon at St Gregorys College from 5:00pm to 6:15pm.
The Collegians All Abilities Cricket Program has the full support of NSW Cricket and is co-ordinated by an individual with experience in paediatric disability services. Ongoing support is provided to volunteers of the program.
This is a community based program and all members of the community are encouraged to join. No cricket knowledge and /or experience is required.
Collegians hope to provide a learning outcome which will involve some cricket skills and a lot of fun.
This season will commence with a BBQ and Introduction afternoon on the 12th October 2018 at St Gregorys College, 5:00pm

About the Program
In 2017 Stephen Cantrill was nominated by Lorraine Grout (parent of children involved in the program) for the Hometown Hero award which is part of the Big Bash League (BBL) to recognise the work of people from community cricket clubs. Stephen was lucky enough to be the winner of the program which provided the Cricket Club with $1,000 in cash. This money will go towards funding the program and provide facilities and equipment for season 2018.
